HOW TO USE:

1. Apply 1 pump to eyelid
2. Use cleaning brush or mascara wand to apply on the eyelashes
3. Gently massage across eyelids and work foam onto the lashes.
4. Rinse off gently with water and pat or lightly fan dry.
